"I want to go out there and talk about this. It will mean going out of my comfort zone, and it will be very challenging for me. But I’ll do it – because it needs to be talked about.” Sebastian

Sebastian: ”I study in Copehagen because I would like to become a teacher for young people with special needs. Preferably at a boarding school where kids go away for a year.

Both my brother and I have Aspergers and on top of that I’m 6’8” (2,10m).

I have been facing great difficulties with fitting in and making contact with people. I would like to be able to help those who have experienced similar difficulties and know what it feels like to be lonely at a young age. I believe that It’s of great importance that we kill the tabu around loneliness and exclusion in the lives of teenagers and young people. There’s too much pressure to perform and not everybody fits the profile, and I think because of that, many might oversee what could potentially be a great person to get to know.”

Frederik: ”I love photography. I’ve wanted to become a photographer since I was about 10 years old. I have Aspergers like my brother and because of my hight (6’7”/2,07m) – I never go unnoticed. That can be challenging, especially if all you want is to blend in and be normal – like everyone else. So I use my camera as my magic shield. It gives me strenght and courage to approach people and situations that I normally wouldn’t. I also do a bit of fashion photography. I am very conscious about not creating a false image of reality. I like to keep it real and show people and situations as they are. I study at a tech high and would like to eventually have a degree in innovation and design. I have many ideas and my goal is to become an entrepreneur.
